Super Fresh Grocery Clerk
Customer Service is a major component of this position. This Associate performs a variety of functions within the Grocery area of the store; including stocking shelves, rotating inventory and assisting customers as needed.
Essential Responsibilities: Receives and ensures proper storage of deliveries. Ensures appropriate levels of inventory for product lines are maintained and ordered as necessary. Maintains product quality, rotation and storage procedures. Delivers superior customer service while working with associates to promote sales. Cleaning and maintenance of work area including sweeping and stock replenishment.

Super Fresh Pharmacy Clerk
Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist on duty provides customer service and assistance with the inventory, preparation, computer refill processing and distribution of medications within the Pharmacy department. Assists with these processes and other clerical functions, enabling the pharmacists to focus on providing customers with therapeutic drug monitoring and informational/ educational services requiring a pharmacist’s expertise and training.
Essential Responsibilities: Performs all register procedures, release to patient prescription/signature verification, logging of said verification, answering questions that do not require a pharmacist’s expertise or judgment and telephone procedures as required by Pharmacy. Receives written prescriptions or telephone refill requests and records information necessary to prepare prescriptions. Ensures that customer has received the Privacy Policy and is aware of certain HIPAA-based patient rights. If permitted by State Regulations, selects correct medication to dispense, counts or pours into container and labels prescription, and presents to Pharmacist for review. Places completed prescriptions in the pick-up area after Pharmacist review and approval. Files written prescription forms once the prescriptions have been dispensed. Ensures the limited use and disclosure of Protected Health Information of pharmacy customers and complies with the Company’s policies regarding HIPAA legislation, the Privacy Rule, and all other applicable state and federal laws. Assists customers in locating OTC products Orders, receives, stocks, and stores medications and other pharmacy related items. Maintains inventory, prepares orders, and stocks all pharmacy department supplies, packages, and labels needed in the department. Performs clerical and administrative functions including preparation of weekly invoice statement and reconciliation of weekly receiving log. Cleans equipment and work areas in the pharmacy and performs other housekeeping duties.

Super Fresh Cashier
Provides excellent customer service. This Associate knows all functions of the register system and all cash handling procedures and regulations. Identifies and rings up all products correctly. The cashier collects payment in all forms and responds promptly to customer needs and questions. Performs a variety of functions including greeting & receiving customers, bagging groceries, cleaning register and belts through out shift.
Essential Responsibilities: Greets all customers and thanks them for their business. Able to efficiently operate the register and perform all duties associated with it. Collects payment and makes the necessary correct change. Able to identify products by sight, knows PLU codes especially for produce. Redeems coupons, bags groceries, changes register tapes and requests assistance when needed. Ability to perform simple math operations.

Super Fresh Floral Clerk
As a Floral Clerk you will be responsible for working closely with the Store Manager, Co-Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and Floral/Produce Manager to receive product, prepares, prices, arranges and packages floral arrangements according to customer, seasonal and department requirements. Provides customers with a full display of floral, and balloons, and to ensure customer requirements are met. As a floral clerk you also will maintain cleanliness of equipment, tables, utensils, floor (to ensure safety), and sanitation regulations are met. Lastly, as a floral clerk you will demonstrate an excellent role as a Star Performer in our MIP program.
